Pilatus Aircraft calls it ‘The Most Advanced Single’. Garmin says the PC-12 Pro is the first certified aircraft to have its G3000 Prime integrated flightdeck.

That means the just-announced Pilatus PC-12 Pro is equipped with a full array of Germin safety functions including Autoland, Smart Glide, Electronic Stability, Emergency Descent Mode (EDM) and Garmin Autothrottle.

The single-engine turboprop also comes with new interior finishes and colour schemes.

At the heart of the PC-12 Pro is what Pilatus calls the ‘Advanced Cockpit Environment’ which is the Garmin G3000 Prime customised by Pilatus. It has features such as Pilatus’ Cursor Control Device, track-based synthetic vision, and exclusive visual customisation which ‘provide Pilatus pilots with superior solutions for ease of operation in all flight conditions’.

The cockpit is certainly spectacular with three large, high-resolution touchscreen flight displays, supported by two 7-inch secondary touchscreen displays, backed by twice the processing power and four times the Random Access Memory (RAM) capacity of the original G3000.

The Button.

The Button.

The power unit remains the same: a Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6 which has already delivered more than 11m flight hours in the PC-12.

Already certified, deliveries of the PC-12 PRO will start in the fourth quarter of 2025.
